HOMEMADE ICE PACKS
|
1 Cup Rubbing Alcohol*
2 Cups Water
Pour rubbing alcohol into a one-quart, self-seal, Ziplock plastic bag. (Double the recipe for a one gallon size bag.) Squeeze all of the air out before you seal the bag closed and place inside the freezer. After each use, simply put the bag in the freezer for the next time.
*Because of the alcohol, the ice pace never freezes solid and will remain pliable.
